As we plan for the future, we look forward to continuing the relationship with the city of Pierce on the implementation of the Innovation Challenge. In the Summer of 2018, Five Rule Planning had the opportunity to lead the community of Pierce through a Downtown Revitalization planning project. The following year, the community completed ECAP, identifying goals and local leaders to steer the vision. Five Rule Planning is back to work and focused on completing the city of Pierce Comprehensive Plan by the end of 2021.  Following the Plan’s completion, we will continue to work with the city on creating a Strategic Plan that incorporates community-led initiatives in tandem with the city’s land development projects.
