We look forward to working with and learning from the Newman Grove Community. The first step in the Innovation Challenge will be to complete ECAP in the Spring of 2022. At the conclusion of ECAP, we will follow up with the creation of the City’s Comprehensive Plan. We will continue to work closely with the city upon the completion of these two important community planning documents to produce one final planning document - the Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan will join community-driven priorities identified in the ECAP with the land use policies adopted within the Comprehensive Plan to guide the Newman Grove Community as they strengthen their community today and continue to plan for a bright future.
