Tilden

The city of Tilden is a leader in rural planning and taking action to achieve results. Five Rule Planning is no stranger to the city of Tilden and had the pleasure of completing the city’s Comprehensive Plan in 2019. We are excited to continue working with the city by providing economic development support. ECAP, which is scheduled to begin in the summer, of 2021. We will identify local leaders within the community that can ensure the city’s current momentum is continued and carried out by local residents as well as elected officials. Upon completion of ECAP in the fall of 2021, community-driven priorities will be paired with the city’s land use and development goals to create a Strategic Plan that supports ongoing efforts to strengthen the Tilden community today and well into the future.
