FIVE RULE Rural Planning is serving  as the project manager and is partnered with community engagement professionals from the University of Nebraska Rural Vitality and Center for Entrepreneurship and Rural Development in order to complete this regional planning project. This site will provide a collective location for all project updates and deliverables.
