Meadow Grove
We look forward to working with the Village of Meadow Grove as we witness the true potential of this community coming to light. Meadow Grove’s residents will be invited to participate in the ECAP process this summer through fall of 2021, alongside Tilden. The results of ECAP will then be utilized as we aim to deliver a Comprehensive Plan to the Board of Trustees in early 2022. The community input received and goals created through ECAP will be paired up with the land use and development policies identified in the Comprehensive Plan. The result of this pairing process will be the creation of a Strategic Plan that will guide and support the Meadow Grove Board of Trustees and community members as they move toward the growth and sustainability of their Community.

Meadow Grove was named by the Fremont and Missouri Valley Railroad because of its location: a meadow to the west and a cottonwood grove of trees to the south. With a population of around 250, this charming community reflects pride and consistency in making their village a quaint and artistic place to live and visit.
